Beacon Hill U16 Panthers
Steve ‘Jose’ Wagstaff has had 3 children go through the Beacon Hill ranks and has been involved with the Panthers from the early days. Steve is a keen coach and also does the administration for the team and has seen the team grow from U7s to U16.
Tim ‘Sir Alex’ Freeman has coached the Panthers from day one and somehow still retains his good humour. With a special interest in fitness he is pleased that as the team has matured he has to use the famous ‘hairdryer’ very rarely these days!
Vinny ‘Pep’ Foreman joined the Panthers a few years ago having previously coached one of the other age group teams. He is also a qualified ref and has extended coaching qualifications. He lends an air of professionalism to training and is keen to see players improve.
Training is on Thursday Evenings during the Season
NEHYL Division Two
The Panthers have a fantastic team spirit and are encouraged to play good football and develop as players. Some of the boys have been with us for a long time but we are fortunate to have attracted other good players in the last few years from other teams. We like to win but we also like to have fun and always want to go out on a Saturday morning and enjoy ourselves. We are currently operating a waiting list for next season.
